Beautiful property with amazing views. Good communication from host. We were 6 adults, 2 children and 2 infants - space worked perfectly for us. Only minor point was that the property was extremely cold when we arrived. We turned on heating as per the very helpful and clear guide. Went out and when we came back property was even colder. Had to move rooms as one bedroom meant to have an infant in it was 13 degrees and not appropriate/safe. Investigated and found the boiler pressure had fallen too low. With the help of the internet managed to top up boiler. Heating then worked and no further issues. Realise not the hosts fault directly so hasn’t affected 5 star review rating. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again.

This house is magnificent! Ample space, wonderful location and excellent views. It was comfortable and welcoming and had everything we needed for a lovely weekend. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back x

A beautiful and stylish property in an excellent location. Exactly as advertised. Superb communication from our host. Perfect for our golf trip to Panmure and Carnoustie. Walk into Broughty Ferry for bars and restaurants or a short taxi into Dundee. Highly recommended.
