Helpful host good location

The owner was easy to communicate with (initial booking, arrival time). However, the manager of the place whom we were instructed to contact about any issues during our stay ignored our messages and did not offer any assistance or explanation about the concerns that we’d raised (no hot water, mosquito swarms). The place did not really match the photos since all the promotional photos depicted 2 beds (ours was a double) and a balcony with a view. While it is not unreasonable to not get a sea view (not all apartments are going to hit the jackpot, that’s okay), ours looked out straight into another apartment’s balcony and offered little to no privacy. For the price, it was a decent stay, however, the host’s unwillingness to communicate and the lack of privacy is what brought down the rating.

Estuvimos 22 días en total. Ha sido una estadía excelente. Suficiente espacio, tranquilidad, buena antención. Los anfitriones son muy amorosos y están siempre atentos a ayudar. El unico punto no tan favorable es la internet que es un poco lenta (pero imagino que debe ser por estar en una isla). Muy recomendable!

L host gentilissima Disponibile e simpaticissima Ci ha fatto trovare una piccola colazione per la mattina dopo . L alloggio pulito però non rispecchia le foto in quanto molto vecchio invece sulle foto era nuovissimo . Non e insonorizzato visto che vecchio Nell’insieme consiglio fortemente questo alloggio soprattutto per la posizione la disponibilità de L host Che ci ha fatto sentire come a casa .
