Our stay was lovely, peaceful and just what we needed. We went to attend a girlfriends 50th Birthday celebration downtown Weslaco. We were able to remenise with a couple longtime friends that live in the area pre-party, talked, laughed alot. After party downtown, the drive was short, literally 1 minute away, we actually could've walked back, it was that short. MidValley Casita had all we needed for our stay, a lovely rainfall shower, 2 bathrooms, an iron that I needed to steam wrinkles away from my dress. Linens on beds were nice & clean smelling. Microwave we used to heat up our Saturday breakfast barbacoa. Only thing we didn't take was trash bags and we couldn't find any in the house but we used the heb bags from the groceries we bought to place the trash in. We will stay again, when we visit our longtime friends in the Rio Grand Valley. It's way more cozier than a hotel stay!
