Getting in was easy with the keyless entry, only thing is the key pad automatically locked after a few seconds. Looked like the pictures. Both upstairs bathrooms were not cleaned, lots of hair on the floor, dirty mirrors, sink, toilet and shower. I did contact them and they offered to have someone come clean at 7pm. Which was not convenient for me at all so I cleaned it myself. Stairs had dirt and leaves in the corners and the banister wasn't very secure. Very dusty( lamps, pictures, mirrors and fans) The house could have used a nice deep cleaning. Has so much potentially, sad that the cleaners didn't do a better job. The extra sheets and comforter were still damp so they were unusable. Host did respond to my complaints and I was refunded my cleaning fee. The cleaner they hired needs to take the job serious and do a better job.

Townhouse #2 is located in a safe residential neighborhood walking distance to a park & short drive to restaurants. Kitchen had the bare necessities including coffee and sugar. The kitchen, living room & bedrooms were clean. Bathrooms need deep cleaning to address mold/mildew issues & general cleanliness of floors, sink & toilet. I provided this feedback to the host. The last night of our stay 2 of 3 tv’s were on when we arrived back at the rental in the evening. This had not occurred the previous 3 evenings. Feeling concerned, I messaged the host to report & inquire about anyone entering the townhome. The host was quick to respond that cameras didn’t show anyone entering & past renters reported this issue in reviews. Good customer service would have been to resolve the issue after it last occurred. The hosts check out notice stated if I gave them a 5 star review then they would give me a 5 star review & 5% off my next rental with them. We did some cleaning per checkout notice.

Before our arrival, the host sent us a message telling us that this air bnb was not cleaned during the day and so he proposed another one in a different location. This other place was also a townhouse, very clean and quiet. The host was very responsive and gave us clear instructions. It was a good place to stay at.
