What a clean place. We enjoyed beautiful lake view, fishing, relaxing on a hammock, nearby beach and museums. Even on a rainy day, we watched movie in the cinematic basement..trail was also beautiful to walk. Really relaxing trip was. Thank you.

Andrew's place is clean, spacious and backs onto Lake Simcoe! We enjoyed the lake view from the house and near the lake. The backyard is large so plenty of room for kids to play outside and many different areas to sit - on the patio near the house , on the Muskoka chairs near the lake and anywhere in-between. You can even relax on the comfy hammock. Kayaks and a paddleboard were available to enjoy the lake and there is a dock if you have your own boat. We BBQ'd and ate out on the patio but also enjoyed the inside of the house on cooler evenings and made use of the large screen TV. Andrew's place is a 5/5!

What a wonderful vacation! A home away from home. Our family stayed for a five nights and had an amazing time. We all slept great in our beds, enjoyed lounging on both the upstairs and downstairs couches, and all took our turns hanging out in the hammock! What a treat! This cottage is spacious are well equipped for 6 guests, both indoors and out. Such a beautiful view overlooking the water. The backyard is huge with tons of space for outdoor games. We loved the bonfire pit and found firewood sold locally. We checked out restaurants, the popular Mariposa Market, and some breweries several times. The Uber ride to these local spots was only $9. The house was way more stocked than I expected. Plenty of cups, plates, bowls, dish soap, hand soap, tinfoil, paper towels, etc. I felt like everything was there had we forgot anything. Very thoughtful and helpful. The host, Andrew, was extremely timely, polite and gave clear and precise instructions. Awesome vacation!! Highly recommend.
