入住这个房子简直太惊喜了，房间很大。当我想续订的时候，发现已经满房了。房间里面有洗衣机和烘干机，而且连洗衣粉都有。毛巾足够，有两条沙滩巾，还有4条大毛巾和好几条洗脸巾。房间还有个烧水壶，可以烧开水喝，太棒了。去沙滩步行只需两分钟。步行三分钟可以到一条非常繁华的步行街，那里有星巴克，有forever21，有很多餐厅酒吧，一整条街都是，开到晚上很晚。同时非常感谢Renzo，我退房后在门口遇见了他，他开车把我送到了我要到的另一个地方，非常感谢。

We loved this Airbnb. It was spacious, clean and in the perfect location. It was close enough to 5th Ave you didn’t need yo take a cab, but far enough away yo not hear the noise. I felt very safe there. Manolo responded to questions within seconds.

Die Fotos entsprechen nicht dem aktuellen Zustand der Wohnung und vor allem der Terrasse. Viel davon ist deutlich in die Jahre gekommen. Sauberkeit der Wohnung war annehmbar. Das beste ist die Lage in der Nähe von einem ruhigeren Strand und 5 Minuten zur Fußgängerzone. Der Ventilator der Klimaanlage ist kaputt und deswegen nicht regulierbar/ausschaltbar und deswegen ist es viel zu laut zum schlafen.

I liked the location. It was just far away to not hear the noise from 5th Ave but only minutes away. 7-Eleven steps away and always open. My main complaint was the access card that unlocks the door, is used to cut the power on. The a/c does not work when you leave so the apartment gets hot and has to cool back down every time.. The toilet was not working and the maintenance man came and said it was fixed and it wasn't, he came the next day and fixed it, but created a new problem so water leaked and flooded the bathroom floor untill he came the next day to finally fix the toilet, 3 days of problems. Renovation the property manager was constantly checking in and very responsive.
