I stayed at Javon's Comfy Bedroom in Convenient Downtown Dallas for 4-nights during the Eclipse of 2024. It was convenient to the DART rail line and walking distance to Target, Ross, Walmart, and restaurants in Deep Ellum neighborhood. Javon was a pleasant host and eagerly answered all my questions that I had. I would recommend staying in his comfortable bedroom. Plenty of closet space, a big bathroom w/ shower/tub, and privacy doors from the main apartment. Nice dorm-style refrigerator. I loved the personal desk that he had in the bedroom. It allowed me the space that I needed to continue with my online blogging.

Javon was a great host. He made my stay very comfortable. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. He paid attention to even the tiniest of things - from provision of towels in the bathroom to as little as refreshment in the refrigerator. I highly recommend his place and I would definitely be staying there when next I come into Dallas. Overall I was impressed and felt very comfortable in the apartment.

Had an incredible time in Dallas, based here with Javon and Paige. I’m here for work, flew out a week early to explore and it was a perfect environment! They were lovely hosts, always happy to chat and recommend things to do but also felt like I had the place to myself. The room and bathroom are self-contained, the kitchen and front door are the only communal parts. This meant I could hide away and chill if I needed or hang out and chat too. Room was perfect, quiet and comfortable, bathroom was great too! The gym and pool were an amazing add on to have and it’s only a 9min walk ( maps lied and told me 30mins) to bars and restaurants in and around Uptown. 10/10 stay, highly recommended if you’re looking to hang out in Dallas for a few days.
