Only stayed one night at Michael’s place. While he was a wonderful and attentive host, the place just didn’t meet our expectations based on the pictures. Water pressure was low, noise insulation was minimal, and the place could use a little love (scuffs/cracks/paint chips on walls, stains on sofa in the bedroom, and some hairs on the bedroom linens) Otherwise, location was easy and Michael was a great host

Excelente sitio, en una zona turistica cerca se todo, comodo, impecable y bien dotado. Para personas con movilidad reducida tener en cuenta que debe subir escaleras a un segundo piso.

Airbnb was well located in Miramar an easy Uber ride away from Old San Juan and the airport. Check in instructions were clear, host was responsive, and recommendations for local spots were great. The rooms do not currently have windows, however the AC units keep the apartment cooled. The water pressure in the shower is not great and the hot water takes a long while to kick in.

Very great place to stay! Michael was very friendly and quick to respond to any questions. The location was perfect and it looked just like the pictures.
