Large apartment of 120 m2 on the first floor, with independent entrance, 4 blocks from the Plaza Armas de Huaraz, close to parks, minimarkets, churches, banks and markets. Fully furnished, ideal for short and long breaks. It has cable TV, hot water and Wi-Fi. It comprises a living room, dining room, equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a laundry room. Pets are accepted under the supervision of the guest. Parking in front of apartment. We have a double bed for 2 people, 3 single beds for a square and a half, which can accommodate a maximum of 5 people. There is a sofa bed for 1 more person but that would have to be coordinated with the host. This is not considered in the offer.

El departamento es igual que el aviso. Yulissa nos dió las facilidades para poder ingresar muy temprano porque teníamos que trabajar y todo muy óptimo. Además de ser Petfriendly, hubieron algunos temas que se solucionaron en el momento. Las camas muy cómodas, el departamento muy cálido y Huaraz nos recibió con 4 días de puro sol. Solo una recomendación es que en los baños tapen las ventanas porque en los pisos superiores podrían ver con facilidad en el interior. Gracias Yulissa! 🙌

Excelente departamento, muy buena ubicación y es Pet friendly!!! mucho confort y ubicación extraordinaria. Yulissa y Renato fueron muy buenos anfitriones...definitivamente volveremos!!!!!

El departamento es excelente, la comunicación con los anfitriones es muy fluida, Yulisa nos pasó los datos precisos para tener una excelente estadia, como tours, lugares donde comer y demás. Se puede cuadrar el carro afuera del departamento sin ningún problema. Lo recomendamos para una estadía muy placentera en la ciudad y visitar los alrededores.

The Plaza de Armas of Huaraz has Av. Luzuriaga as its main avenue and Jr. Sucre as its transversal avenue. In this area, both streets host the main businesses of the city. From this point, towards the upper part of the city, about 4 blocks away is the apartment designated with the number 1211. The average cost of a taxi is 6 to 7 soles in the Huaraz area and 8 to 9 soles in the Independencia area. In the city, everything is so close that you can move on foot from one place to another, preferably only until 10 at night. People usually sleep early so the streets are desolate at that time. You can park in front of the department entrance without any problem.
