L’appartement a une vue magnifique. Il est en face de la mer. A deux pas. Il est spacieux avec 3 chambres et 2 salles de bains. Très bien pour une famille nombreuses. Cependant il y a beaucoup d’aspect négatif qui nous fait oublier les points positifs. Notamment la chaleur dans l’appartement. Il n’y a pas de climatisation. De plus, le bruit est insupportable. Les restaurants sont juste en dessous de l’appartement. Nous attendons des verres cassés du matin jusqu’au soir (3h du mat). Je ne met pas en cause les restaurants mais l’isolation des fenêtres qui est inexistante. De plus, dans le budget il faut prévoir le parking qui est payant. Pour la semaine nous avons payé 50€. Pour finir, il n’y a pas de lumière dans les chambres. Cela m’a beaucoup surprise. Je tiens quand même à remercier Gabriel de son professionnalisme. Il a été à l’écoute et disponible.

Muy buen recibimiento y comunicación con Mauro. El piso excelente, hermosa vista y espacioso. Fuimos en familia y lo disfrutamos mucho. 100% recomendado.
