¡Salsipuedes! This is the best location in Pismo, just steps from the pier! This family friendly, 2k sq ft home is modern, comfortable, clean, and has a 2 car garage! You'll have 3 bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom for privacy, if you're booking with other couples/families/friends. Like most properties in Pismo, this home DOES NOT HAVE A/C! However, our climate is mild, A/C is rarely needed, and every room has windows and ceiling fans. ID may be checked upon arrival. There are 3 bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, which will sleep 6 guests comfortably. Plenty of space to cook a meal and eat on the patio. Very spacious and comfortable. Always spotlessly clean and fresh. We have memory foam mattresses (covered in soft, water proof liners), coffee, creamer, laundry detergent, beach towels, beach chairs, all linens, towels, and amazing views! *we may check ID upon arrival to make sure that the person who booked is staying here*

Rebecca and her father are very friendly, kind, helpful and compassionate. Whenever we had a question they responded immediately, their home is beautiful and the location is excellent. I would recommend them for host rental of their place. We sincerely appreciate them and all they’ve done . Thank you to both Rebecca and her family for allowing us to atay on their home while our home is being repaired.
Rebecca is a wonderful and kind host and responsive communicator. Her place is immaculate and very comfortable. We loved the rooftop deck and the kitchen/living area are much bigger than they look in the photos. It was a centrally located, perfect spot to stay while visiting family for Thanksgiving in Arroyo Grande. Thanks for a great stay, Rebecca! We will be back for future holidays with our extended family for sure!
Very nice location. 10 minute walk to the pier. Great food nearby (Giuseppe’s and All American Diner). Rebecca is a great host!!
