We are offering you our spacious 🌱 apartment with a garden, 2 balconies and room on the basement floor to sleep with a comfortable double bed. Perfect for single or couple. The apartment is self-managed, guests are supposed to clean the spaces, throw garbage, wait to wash their bed, pillow, towel, and quilt covers, and hang them for drying and preparing the bed for the next guest before checking out. The apartment is accessible to the city with a nearby bus stop and a grocery store COOP. We have kept the price minimum considering that the guest can perform the cleaning of our apartment before the checkout at 12 PM: Kindly request to stay at our place only if you are okay with the conditions : - Washing: Removing the bed cover, pillow covers, quilt covers, and hand/bath/kitchen towels that you have used from our apartment. Putting all of them together for a quick wash (snabbtävtt 30 mins or wash+dry mode 1 KG if you have time). Once washed hang them in the drying stand for drying. Cleaning products are available in the storage in the bathroom and storage opposite the bathroom door. (Please send pictures once done ) - Preparing the bed for the next guest: Please take the newly washed covers available in the bed room/dried ones from the stands and prepare the bed for the next guest the same as what you see in the picture. (Please send pictures once done ) - Vacuuming/ mobbing the bedroom, living room, kitchen, and bathroom floor to make sure that there is no dirt or fallen hair on the floors or sink or shower room. Vacuum cleaner and mob are stored in the storage. - Cleaning the bathroom washing sink, and shower room with cleaning products, remove any fallen dirt and hair from the floors in the bathroom - Remove the garbage bags from the bathroom, bedroom, and kitchen and throw them in the little yellow house outside the apartment where you can sort and throw the garbage. Replace the bins with new bags (check storage) - Kitchen: Please make sure to leave the kitchen/Fridge clean. Please don't forget to throw/take your groceries from the fridge/freezer. Please wash the dishes and put them back in storage. Cleaning products are available in the storage. (Please send pictures after cleaning is done ) Feel at home as you relax and unwind in your spacious room with a private entrance, a double bed, massage chairs for ultimate self-care, a well-designed wardrobe, a study table, and an ironing board to ensure you get to wear crisp clothes on your trip. Paid parking space can be used per day for 70 or 5 SEK per hour in the surrounding area of the apartment with Easypark app. The apartment is thoughtfully decorated with plants adding a touch of refreshing natural ambiance to your stay. The balconies overlook a serene garden space providing the perfect outdoor escape. If you too love plants , kindly water them if you see them drying or dying.
