We had an amazing time here. Having the golf cart was definitely key. It’s a 5 minute drive into where all of the activities are. But what we liked most is that it was not right in the middle of things either. The house was very clean at check-in. Described exactly how it actually is. We had campfires every night. And the access to all of the amenities was so easy. Some pointers- you are literally in the country, so there are no stores around here. We had planned on cooking a couple nights in & eating a couple nights out, so we were prepared & had plenty of supplies. The general store has some stuff depending on what you’re looking for but I would not rely on it if you’re planning on cooking at home. The kitchen at this place is well stocked & they provide a grill which was amazing. We did the trap shooting and that was incredible. Make your reservations early though. Rodeo was awesome! You have to do this! Fun for the kids and adults all around. Absolutely loved staying here!!!

Annual trip for three couples. House was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. Had a wonderful time. Hope to return again.

We had a wonderful weekend. The house was perfect, and just as expected in a cute, quiet neighborhood. Very clean with easy check in and check out. The use of the golf cart was excellent and made it very easy to explore River Ranch. It was love bug season, which was an interesting twist we were not expecting. If you don’t like bugs then make sure you schedule a time not during the love bug season. We highly recommend and will definitely be back.
