l was happy with the place. very nice and clear. Host was there for any questions and to help. Had to stay another night and Kourtney was gracious to let use do that. Place was big very nice. Close to alot of food, shopping, Publix and others.

A real sanctuary! Beautiful suite in a quiet neighborhood, yet fairly convenient to shops, gas stations and restaurants.

Great clean, spatial room and equally great host! Both hosts were friendly, responsive, understanding and accommodating. The following are a few matters of interest to potential guests (whether on holidays or on a working holiday) that should be considered: 1. Sound proofing of the house was very poor. We could hear clearly all the activities of the host family, i.e. steps being taken from upstairs, shower sound, jingling of dishes and utensils, children playing, dog barking etc. It made us act quietly during the stay. 2. A loud banging at the door before 7am in the morning the second day woke us up. This, coupled with lack of sound proofing disturbed our sleep to the point where we had to limit some of the planned activities. Kourtney and Vanity were very responsive and accommodating host. I can tell that they tried to limit the noise and sound. However, physical limitations of the house structure may be a point of consideration, especially if a guest is planning a working holiday.
