This is my second time starting and it felt like a home away from home. A nice little quiet oasis away from work in beautiful surroundings.

Very beautiful cabin and well appointed. Nice appliances and well stocked if you like to cook yourself. The water is ok…not amazing to drink so if you are picky about water you may want to bring some bottled water, but it was fine for coffee/cooking/etc.

We stayed in the log cabin in February when the temperature went down to -30°F (-35°C) during our first night! Despite the cabin being a bit cold when we arrived at night it heated up so quickly and remained cozy and warm for the rest of our stay. The interior is beautiful, with running hot water and a coffee machine, and the outside with the frozen lake is just spectacular! We even saw a moose just casually walking on the lake the very first morning. Easy to get to, especially when you've got a 4x4 :D Simply just loved it.
