Cat is OK by Steph, Chris displays anger when he's sees it! Never told TWO dogs live there (scared cat) pooped on patio, fresh poop on matt outside door (almost stepped on) no apololgy. Very small worn out unit (minus modern shower) old appliances/pots/wobbly chair. Too small for a cat (litter box will smell). NO STABLE WIFI inspite confirmed hi-speed. Had to pay for data. Clients, work, projects suffered. Noise nightly, neighbours dogs barking, street dogs (sleep under car) bikers rev bikes, house next door shoots fire crackers. Chris drills/bangs his car in open faced garage (front of ur window) and power hoses with machine to wash his vans 730pm. HIGHLY disruptive. No heads up. No warning. No courtesy text. Clients, rest time, work time impossible. FUSE BOX BLEW UP. No a/c, lights whole night (30 F) text Stephanie at night, no response. Text again 9am. Told busy working, till saw pic. Moved over to other unit (also no wifi). Highly anxious (no follow thru) with wif told will FIX!

I really enjoyed my stay here. The Stephanie and family were gracious and very helpful. The location is very close to Eagle and Pine Beach. With a car you have access to many things within 5 minutes. Superfoods, restaurants. The room itself is a good size. In the back of the property that is gated. Very safe. Very Quiet.

Good place for a few nights. I had a car so it was easy to park. No hot water as the listing mentions. Kitchen had what I needed.

The apartment was very clean and fully equipped. The bathroom is as good as new and very spacious. The beach is a 10-minute walk and along the way you will pass several restaurants and supermarkets. It was save for me to walk home from the Palm beach as a young lady alone. The landlady (Stephanie's mother) and Chris (brother) were very friendly and helpful. If you visit Aruba I would definitely recommend this apartment!
