Great location (short walk to metro which got us everywhere we needed), nice building with very friendly and helpful concierge, condo was great size for our family of 5. With these key things, we added a night so we could get a little more in and weren’t driving home late at night. Our only complaint was the condo needs a little TLC. There’s big fluffy carpeting throughout which was vacuumed but there was an old smell which I think was due to the carpet. We brought an air freshener from the car because it was fairly strong and gross. Things could use updating but it really just needed a better cleaning. There were small holes in the sheets but they seemed clean. The pipes made a terrible sound in the shower but I believe that was fixed the last day. It all just felt bearable but dingy…

Im going to start off saying that communication is not their forte, maybe being a company and “talking” to them could be annoying, specially when you are expecting an answer back, I asked many questions, some were answered, so later on could be ask again, or denied, (early/late check in) for example … front desk stuff was super helpful, but they don’t work for “we host” so it’s not a compliment for them, unit, where do I start, kitchen, yes we know, and we weren’t expecting anything other than the basic, if we rented an Airbnb is because it’s more convenient as a family, we can cook, drink coffee but, oh, no sugar, salt wrappers, peppery wrappers !! Seriously !!ONE Toilet PAPER !!!! again we don’t expect a whole pack, but c’mon! We were 5!! And they obviously knew , the shower head, change that,Overall it was “ok” but we are not coming back here ..yes, you do have amenities, swimming pool, gym, etc etc, but how good is that when you can’t use it because its cold, make it up!

Very friendly host and building concierge Carolyn was so helpful and welcoming. Helped us check in smoothly and went above and beyond to help us with our luggage due to a back injury. Beautiful property.
