Derek was an amazing host! We were checking out Henderson for the month to see if we wanted to move here and he was really helpful with all our questions! The bed in the master was amazing and very comfy! All new sheets, pillows and blankets. The kitchen was fully stocked and the location was right next to a great walking path. We were able to ride bikes to coffee and the gym was right around the corner. The yard was also very dog friendly which was amazing for our pups!

Derek is an excellent host with great communication and people skills. He is always extremely responsive to questions and concerns, and follows through with what he states. Check-in and check-out are both quick and very smooth. This home is beautiful, relaxing, quiet, peaceful and is in a great safe well-established neighborhood. The backyard is beautiful and well-kept, which makes for daily relaxation. The location makes it easy to navigate to restaurants, shopping, sightseeing and entertainment. Everyone we had contact with was respectful and very friendly. You can easily tell Derek takes pride in home ownership. We have rented several times through Airbnb, and this one is our favorite. We definitely would love to return. This certainly is a five-star home and host.

Great Property-Great Host. A SOLID 5 STARS ALL THE WAY! Derek was accommodating and very helpful in every possible way. He truly cares about you and your stay. The house has been highly updated and furnished. The pool and rear yard, a resort in itself. The location literally a few minutes from everything. No issues or worries here. I promise that you won't be disappointed!
