Perfect place for a long stay

Sabrina was super responsive - both before and during our stay. The apartment was perfect for us, well equipped, very clean and a great location for getting into central London. 10 min walk (that was well lit at night) to the station and about 25 mins into Paddington on the Elizabeth line. The parking place was a must for us as we had driven in. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again, and would happily recommend to friends and family.

Sabrina’s place was like staying at a friend’s. .She had some water and drinks in the fridge for us, clean sheets and towels. Keys and parking permit waiting at concierge’s. Sabrina’s very responsive and always polite and helpful. I would highly recommend her place.

Sabrina is very responsive and prompt in her responses and even when she had to travel for work and unreachable, she made sure her friend was there to be around to help. Importantly, she was flexible with check in and out because our arrival flight was at 7.45am due to flight delay and we were at the estate at 9am. After a 15 hr sleepless flight, it was a god send to be able to check in early. She was also flexible with check out. My main worry was no wifi which she already mentioned, washer not hooked up but since only for 2 nights did not do laundry and could not find the manual for dishwasher so just hand washed the few dishes and cups used. All in all a tastefully decorated, clean and newly renovated flat with hot water and heating. I will definitely recommend this unit for singles or just 2 persons.
