A modern and cozy cottage right on the farm! My husband and I loved the kitchen and massive tv. The hot tub was so nice to relax in after going hiking. This host has thought of everything, I wish there was a guest book to share our wonderful experience with other guests!

Our stay at sams Derbyshire cottage was absolutely amazing. An amazing 2 nights to reset. The cottage was extremely clean with everything you could want and need including kitchen essentials for cooking. The pictures definitely do not do it just it is absolutely beautiful. Such an amazing location with so much near by, myself and my partner do lots of walking and hiking and there was lots of walks close by. Read some reviews on the cottage not being as private as they would want but myself and my partner found it to be extremely private and did not feel overlooked. The price for our stay was incredible for a whole cottage especially to say we had our own hot tub also. Particularly like that we were given multiple towels for both hot tub and shower use as most places we have stayed with hot tubs we have only had minimal towels so this was extremely helpful. Such a beautiful location with amazing views! Already looking for when we can come back! Thanks so much for making our days special

We found animal hair on the blanket that was on the sofa, Smelled like residential home, the Private patio isn’t private neither is the house the Amenities were basic, we had 2 toilet rolls for our stay of 4 days and the towels provided were small and we were only provided with one towel each for inside and one towel each (bigger) for outside use. No tooth paste shower gel etc Upon arrival we found a Book full of rules which are not listed on the cottage regarding the use of hot tub. The Wi-Fi was terrible and signal for calls were also extremely poor. It says Netflix is included in the listing however it’s not logged in therefore I believe it is misleading. Overall I have to say it’s not private at all we spent the weekend with blinds drawn, unfortunately we did not get the WiFi issue sorted however I did receive part refund for the inconvenience. I would NOT recommend if you’re looking for something private, quiet and wish to have access to internet and mobile signal.

Had a great stay in one of Sams cottages. It's on a working farm so there were a few tractors and machines trundling in and out during the day but that's no problem...you just go out and explore the area, which is beautiful. The cottage was immaculate and had everything you needed. The hot tub was a great and welcome addition and we made full use of it after our days out. Super place. Would highly recommend.
