A really fantastic stay in a beautiful home from home! The house is superb for a large group, there were 12 of us with 3 dogs and we all had spacious and comfortable bedrooms, clean and modern en suite bathrooms and plenty of room around the house. The kitchen was really well kitted out and had everything we needed to cater for a large group. The house was very secure and very quiet with a nice size, secure garden meant we (humans and dogs) could really relax into it. The hot tub was such an added bonus and a really lovely treat although usage was restricted by the weather. Denise and husband Matt were so responsive throughout and were so easy to work with. They were really warm, informative relaxed and flexible throughout and we couldn’t rate them highly enough as hosts. Would definitely recommend this for a large group, it’s rare to find somewhere that ticks so many boxes!!!

We were a family group of 12 people staying over Christmas. The fabulously equipped kitchen made all the cooking so easy. The layout of the house meant that groups could have their own spaces, and of course the hot-tub was loved by all. The location to the beach was great, with gorgeous walks along the coast. Denise and Matt were very welcoming and provided everything we could need. We all felt very happy.

We had a lovely family holiday at Rockstone Cottage. It was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Denise was quick to reply to our questions both before and during our stay. A stroll to the beach, and close to other amenities, which made it great for our three generations holiday.

We had a wonderful stay at Rockstone Cottage. The hosts were so friendly, showing us round and telling us about the area. The cottage is in a perfect location, minutes from the beach with a lovely homely feel, imaculate decor and beautiful suntrap garden (including hotub). I would highly recommend and hope to return with my family as we fell in love with the island.

From booking to checkout Denise was superb showing outstanding communication skills and great flexibility. The property is used as a 6 bedroom B&B during the summer and worked well for us as we booked the entire place for Christmas. Our family slotted in to their allotted rooms and we had the added benefit of a large breakfast & dining room attached to a large kitchen thus enabling the early and late risers to come and go as they wanted. The proximity of Rockstone Cottage to the Needles, Freshwater Bay, Colwell/Totland Bays & Yarmouth provided great flexibility for walking and places to eat. All in all we had a Christmas to remember and highly recommend Rockstone Cottage.
