Phillipe is an outstanding host. He is super friendly and very accommodating and flexible. The apartment is well appointed, modern and clean— actually better than the photos reflect. The bathroom is incredible, spacious and with an amazing shower—awesome pressure! The surroundings are beautiful and it is 5-10 minutes from the downtown area by foot. The only downside was construction work in the neighborhood, which is a temporary inconvenience. Also, I was expecting bath towels to be provided, which is not the case, however Phillipe brought us some right away along with additional toilet paper. Be sure to bring ground coffee with you if you are a coffee drinker, as well as soap for washing hands at the bathroom sink (we used the dish soap provided in the kitchen).
