I enjoyed the campsite at Alex place. The place was very beautiful and easy to find. Alex provided Wifi which was very useful! Would recommend if you are looking for a campsite or RV parking space in the area! Mexican restaurant in town was also delicious!

Alex’s site is beautiful. We can’t say anything about the cabins because we stayed in our RV. We arrived in Wartburg at 7:00 PM and were too tired to continue 2 more hours where we had reservations, which we had to cancel. Fortunately, Alex’s place allowed same day reservations, he was open until 9:00, and a mere 5-6 miles away. Wonderful. He answered my texts promptly and explained how to book a site. It would have been very helpful to have had more information about the RV sites, prices, and amenities in the Airbnb description. The RV area is remote; there is no cell service and no wifi. It did not bother us, but we are fans of full disclosure so it would have been nice to know. I got the impression the RV area is a fairly recent addition to his Airbnb business, so he may still be working the details out. All in all a very comfortable stay.

Alexs’ place is a hidden gem. Far enough to be private, close enough to be convenient. Alex is a very responsive and friendly host. Highly recommend staying here!!

Fantastic camping spot!! Highly recommended! Camp host is great! Very close to Gobey Mt trails.
