Steves place was awesome, and there are multiple units available on the property. The view is great and his employees on the property helping are the best! It is next to the main road on a higher up cliff so if you’re staying in a unit closer to the road you may need some earplugs when sleeping for trucks that drive by at night. That worked well for us after realizing.

The property consists of three casitas and a small 8 room hotel with a pool and hot tub. the grounds are safe and comfortable and located in a nice mountainous area with good views. The staff is very nice and accommodating. I was there the week before Easter which is always very busy time in Costa Rica and the road traffic in front of the property was a bit chaotic. Overall the stay was nice, the room was clean, and the value was fair.

Colinas Tinimaste is a great find in the area. I stayed 10 days. Pros- *House staff - Judith & Miguel! 😍 **** *Pool with Hottub ***** *Brand new luxury kitchen with all new items *Bus stop directly at hotel for many attractions *Propery is beautiful! *Ocean/sunset view from porch, bed, and living area!!!!! ***** *AMAZING views from all areas of house *Valley AND Ocean View *Cost Value is unbeatable for the area *Fresh fruit trees! Cons- *Street noise (as mentioned in description) Overall, a wonderful experience. I would stay again and would highly recommend. 10/10 Many thanks to Steve, Judith, y Miguel!

Steve’s place is magical! Not only is Steve an incredible host, everyone working there is beyond friendly and makes you feel like family. Miguel greeted us and took our luggage to our room. Yudith cook us an amazing dinner. She seriously the sweetest, cutest person alive. And she made us feel like family! Steve’s place is so beautiful! The views are unmatched. The apartment we stayed in was super clean, had amazing A/C, hot water and everything else you could have wanted. Steve and his employees really went above and beyond and we are so greatly appreciative. I HIGHLY recommend staying here and taking advantage of Yudith’s home cooked meals!!!!!
