HI We are looking forward to welcoming you to our Happy Hut Check in is from 2:00pm on the day of arrival and Check out is Midday: 12 noon WE ONLY ALLOW GUESTS TO BRING 1 DOG AS THERE IS LIMITED SPACE IN THE HUT This accommodation is a 100% off-grid camping experience. This means you do not have the same creature comforts as at home. The reason we can charge such a low price for your stay is that we don’t have cleaners in between guests arriving. This means it is very important you leave the accommodation clean and ready for the next guests to arrive! We ask that before you leave you refill the water containers ready for the next guests to use! And make sure the camping chairs are back inside incase of rain. If it’s left messy you will not be able to return in the future and we will give a bad review on Airbnb. You will be sharing the woods with many types of animals. If you listen at night you will likely hear, owls, foxes, deer, mice, and squirrels. Some of these animals especially the deer and foxes can make sounds at night that sound like screeching humans! So if you hear a strange screeching noise it’s only foxes mating! You can also sometimes hear the Lulworth ranges doing exercises so if you can hear a distant war Zone don’t worry To deter small creatures from coming too close PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE FOOD OUT AT NIGHT TIME! Animals are always looking for food and it will be eaten before morning if left out. OFF-GRID RESOURCES INFORMATION Water should be full in 2 containers when you arrive. The perfect place to escape the world for a while. So peaceful and secluded. I had a great stay here.
Gorgeous location, so peaceful! Clear instructions on how to find the place and what to expect etc. Simple/back to basics but everything you need! Really enjoyed our stay, thank you
Really chuffed with our stay ! Exactly as described, and lovely, the only downside is that whoever stayed before us didn't empty the bins, change the battery pack (which was flat) or refill the water so we had to do that on arrival. Bit of a shame but not a big deal. Really beautiful and quiet, everything is as described and it's a gem. I would stay again. To note : There's plenty of private woods around but its not fenced off so if your dog is a runner they can get away. Also lots of deer and pheasants, and bird noises which was so wonderful but again if your dog is a chaser keep that in mind! Ours was fine and didn't venture far.
There are buses from our village to Weymouth, poole and lulworth x train to london is 50 minutes walk or 5 minute drive
