Welcome to peace, privacy and nature. Embraced by a crescent- shaped ridge, Villa Kundalini is in perfect feng shui, located by the shore, viewing the sunsets over the lake. Lovely cottage, cozy terrace, modern design interiors, large windows and a robust fireplace. Boat, two kayaks and two bikes are available. The 5000 m2 forest property, with 200 m beach, is secluded and private while just few minutes to exclusive restaurants with upscale food, wine and spa in both Grythyttan and Loka. Descended behind a natural wall of the slate mountin, at the Villa you will be totally by your self: You, the sky and the lake. Still you are close to the charming Grythyttan.

Sobald ich angekommen bin habe ich mich verliebt in diesen Ort. Mein Hund und ich durften dort so wundervolle Tage verbringen. Tobias und Martin waren so hilfsbereit, freundlich, haben sich ganz viel Zeit genommen um mir alles zu zeigen, mir zahlreiche Tipps gegeben, von „wo finde ich leckere Pilze“ bis hin zu „wo kann ich toll wandern“. Das Haus ist so liebevoll eingerichtet und wir haben Stunden draußen verbracht, waren im See baden, haben jeden Abend einen traumhaften Sonnenuntergang gesehen, haben Blaubeeren gepflückt oder unten am Wasser gelesen. Dieser Ort ist ein Traum, man fühlt sich auf der Halbinsel als wäre man ganz allein. Für meinen Hund war das auch der Himmel auf Erden dort und die Beiden sind so hundefreundlich und haben wirklich an so vieles gedacht, um uns einen tollen Aufenthalt zu schenken. Danke ihr Lieben, dass ich ein paar Tage die Königin eurer Halbinsel sein durfte ;-)

Vorteile: Privatsphäre, direkt am See, tolle Sonnenuntergänge, schön ausgestattetes und gemütliches Haus mit modernem Bad, sieht besser aus als auf den Bildern Nachteile: Der Strand besteht aus Schieferstein und erfordert spezielles Schuhwerk, um ins Wasser zu gelangen. Die Steine können sehr scharf sein kein privater Anlegesteg (wird vielleicht in Zukunft umgebaut)

We had a lovely stay at Tobias‘ place. It‘s perfect of you want to calm down and enjoy nature at it‘s best. Tobias also is a very friendly and helpful Host, who will hook you up with all relevant informations you need to enjoy your stay. Both thumbs very up!

Wir haben uns vom ersten Tag an sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus liegt ruhig,direkt am Wasser,umgeben von viel Natur. Die Ausstattung der Küche und das Angebot an Freizeitaktivitäten ist hervorragend (Boot, Kanus,Kajaks und Fahrräder sind vorhanden). Tobias ist ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber,der für uns immer zu erreichen war.

Grythyttan is an idyllic and romantic little village 3 km from the Villa. Stroll in village from the 1500 century, buy home made Ice Cream, a beer at the Cornelius Pub or see the Beautiful Church

is a Inn, well worth a visit for a glas of wine, coffe or something to eat.
-A special place is the University Campus Måltidens Hus open for guide visits (maltidenshus.com)
-Close (10 km) is also stunning Loka Brunn, restaurant and spa (lokabrunn.se) Don't miss it!
In the surrounding you will find Nora. Verry chariming! Dont miss Pershyttan a cultural herrigate. (visitnora.se)

出行信息

You will get around in the area easy by car.
Sustainable ways are by bike, foot use the lake or travel with others.
Bike: the Villa is 3 km from Grythttan so with your bike you find grocery stor pub café restaurant souvenirshops in 10 minutes. Or 30 minutes to Loka Spa. There are mountainbike trails in the area.
Walking: it’ll take you 30 minutes to walk to the village. Great walking trails in the area.
Kayak/canoing/boat: Use mine or your own kayak/canoe and paddel to the village of Grythyttan. By going around the peninsula you will be in Grythyttan center in 40-60 minutes.
Train/bus: The scenic track (forest and lakes) to and from Grythyttan have a direct connection with train between Gothenburg and Borlänge in Dalarna. The train stops on several stations where you can go off, explore and take the next one to go back or continue. With one shift in Kristinehamn you may go to Stockholm or Oslo.
Bus: from Grythyttan to all directions 1. Loka Spa/ Karlskoga, Alfred Nobel’s Home: a Manor House and laboratory Museum, his life and work. 2. Nora/Örebro: Nora world culture wooden city, charming, antiques. Örebro: Swedens’ fifth city. 3. Karlstad: Swedens’ tenth city. 4. Hällefors: municipal center.
