The house was great! It was exactly as described, and the view was spectacular. Our two families had a great 3 nights; we each had our own areas of the house which was really nice. The kids absolutely had a ball having a downstairs area basically all to themselves. The kitchen was stocked really well, I was able to cook Thanksgiving dinner with ease. The place was very tidy and clean, plenty of amenities; there was firewood outside for us to have nights around the firepit, or to have in the dual fireplace, and the porches were perfect for relaxing on and having our coffee time. The views were amazing, just like the pictures. We went to the lake and found shells galore and rocks perfect for a skipping across the water. It’s also close enough to go into Eureka Springs for the day and get some shopping done. We had a great time and would love to stay here again!

We had two families (4 adults, 4 teens and one little). The space was perfect for family dinner and game night. Wonderful views from the porch! Coffee in the morning, watching the baby deer was the best part. The basement bunk room was perfect for our us. We would return!

Great vacation spot! We live in Arkansas but we’re looking for a place to stay to host family from out of state. This was the perfect spot! Plenty of room for everyone. A couple of small issues with the AC, but that got ironed out quickly by the local property manager. Would happily stay there again!
