Excellent service!!
Vasilys's place was perfect for us, easily accessible, especially for us who have a baby and need a stroller this apartment is right on the first floor. very convenient. Vadim waited for us to do a walkthrough of the place and point at the important stuff about the apartment like how to turn on the hot water and everything else. We enjoyed our stay here and if there is any issue with the apartment, they will immediately resolve the problem. We highly recommend it. beautiful beach and amazing pool. we were within walking distance of the beach.
Spending time in this unit was serenity ! The master bedroom is fully equipped with a beautiful view. Almost feels like a swim up pool because the pool is a couple steps away. The actually property feels like a resort. I was pleased with going this route for a family vacation. I got more for our Buck traveling with my partner, our son (7 months) and my parents and his. Really loved the security on the property. It was very relaxing and yet exciting as there is many activities to take part in on the beach which is just seconds away when you step outside. The location was less than 10 minutes away from food(which we ordered on a app called pedidosya), activities and Uber was easy to use. PUJ airport was only 25 minutes away which was also convenient. The host greeter NIKa was very hospitable and was able to accommodate my family with most of our request. Our family can’t wait to return.

Host and his assistants were extremely helpful in planning excursions. Condo is beautiful and clean. The property feels safe and has security on the beach and out front if you need anything. The beach was very private and peaceful. Security was friendly and Jellyfish workers were as well. One thing that could be improved would be letting us know details for excursions and transportation a little earlier. However, they did an amazing job giving reccomendations and making booking excursions very easy and simple. I would definitely book another stay here, I felt safe and I had assistance for any questions the whole time.
