The house can accommodate 8 people and is composed as follows: on the ground floor there is an entrance, a bathroom, a living room with a dining table, a large kitchen with a table, a "pellet" wood stove and a pantry. At guests' disposal, a large garden and a porch with a table for dining, barbecue and wood-burning oven outside but covered. The upper floor is accessed from the staircase also equipped with a stairlift; the aforementioned floor consists of 3 double bedrooms, one with en suite bathroom, 2 single bedrooms, one with the possibility of adding an additional bed, a very large bathroom with a raised toilet and side grab bars from which to access a large terrace. The property is completely fenced, has a private parking and a swimming pool with panoramic view 6 X 12 meters . ; it is equipped with a changing room, bathroom with shower and additional external shower, umbrellas and sunbeds. The owners who live on the upper floor will be available for any eventual need. Bed, bath linens are provided. Heating and Pellets will be charged according to consumption. Available TV, wi-fi, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven and small appliances. Just 5 minutes by car from the historic center of Cetona, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy, our farm awaits you nestled in the Cetonese countryside. Farmhouse of approx. 240, 3 km from the town of Cetona. It is recommended to use a private vehicle because the structure is not served by public transport. The swimming pool is open from June to September The security deposit will be returned after checking the facility Small pets allowed; a separate supplement is required. Children aged 4 or over are considered equal to adults Access to the structure is totally independent, the entire garden is at the complete disposal of guests, for children there is a swing and slide.

The house is massive and was spotless clean, the decoration is a bit “tired” but that didn’t spoil our stay at all. The pool area and view are wonderful and we loved the BBQ and pizza oven as well as the whole gorgeous outside area and lovely outside dining table. The location is great if you have a car as it’s so easy to get to shops etc, and the access to the house is really easy too plus plenty of parking space. Mauro is a friendly and very responsive host and was available when we needed. This was great value for money and we had a lovely time!
Wir (2 Familien) hatten eine wunderschöne Woche bei Mauro. Wunderschön gelegene Finca mit immer sauberen Pool & großen Zimmer. In der Küche gab es alles was man zum kochen braucht & Mauro hat uns sogar mit frischem Obst & Gemüse aus seinem Garten versorgt. Insgesamt war Mauro ein super netter & hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Es hat uns an Nichts gefehlt. Perfekter Urlaub!
Very nice place and very nice hosts. Mauro is always available to help and gives plenty of tips of places to visit, wineries and restaurants. Recommendable!
La Poderina was an incredible stay for our family- we even extended our visit! The home is maybe a 5 minute drive from Chetona city center and 15 minute drive to the grocery store in Chiusi. Mauro and his family were the most welcoming and eager to share the hidden gems of the Tuscan countryside. The amenities were well maintained and the outdoor spaces were immaculate. Try to find spare a sunny day during your vacation in Tuscany to relax by the pool and enjoy the grounds. The home is truly right next to Val D'Orcia so you will have no trouble finding nearby vineyards/wineries and amazing tastings. We will definitely plan a trip to this home in the near future!
Alla ricerca di una casa "capiente" per un gruppo di 8/9 persone, abbiamo trovato l'annuncio di questa casa tipica stile toscano situata ai piedi del bel borgo di CETONA circondata da un curatissimo giardino e di una sottostante area piscina attrezzata di "spogliatoio" con doccia esterna. C'è una super area parcheggio. La tenuta è completamente recintata per la gioia delle nostre 2 cagnoline dove hanno potuto scorrazzare felici. La struttura è composta da 5 camere da letto, 3 bagni e una zona giorno con ampio soggiorno e una cucina completamente attrezzata di ogni elettrodomestico (forno e piano cottura 5 fuochi, microonde, frigorifero, lavastoviglie, stoviglie e pentole di ogni genere), lavatrice situata nel bagno superiore dal quale si accede ad una grande terrazza attrezzata per stendere il bucato).
