I propose to welcome you in my family house. Ideally located 25 minutes from downtown Nantes, 30 minutes from the sea and 15 minutes from Planète Sauvage. The house is spacious enough to accommodate 7 people. You will find all the comfort and warmth of a house inhabited all year round. You will benefit from a terrace and a vast fenced garden, equipped with a large trampoline, with direct access to a footpath towards the countryside and the banks of the Loire. Arrival and departure times to be exchanged according to the reservation dates. The house offers 2 levels. On the ground floor, you will find the fully equipped kitchen (gas kitchen (bottle); oven; fridge; dishwasher; coffee maker; kettle; fondue machine; raclette), the living and dining room, a large bedroom and a toilet. The first floor is accessible by a sturdy staircase and gives access to the two other bedrooms, and to the bathroom (bathtub, washbasin, toilet, hair dryer). This is our home. We ask you to take care of it. We will not remove all of our belongings. We will make room for you in the closets.

Notre séjour avec ma compagne et mes 2 filles (4ans et 6mois) a été très agréable et paisible chez Solenne. Solenne a toujours été clair dans sa communication, il n y a donc eu aucune surprise. Ma fille de 4 ans a adoré la presence du chat, et des poules, du trempoline et des divers fruits dans le jardin. La maison était très propre et accueillante. Nous sommes heureux d avoir réservé sa maison.
Très bon séjour chez Solenne. Jolie maison avec tout le nécessaire. Jardin très agréable et paisible, avec des animaux en prime pour les enfants (poules, chat). Solenne a été très réactive et la communication a été très simple. Arrivée et départ flexibles avec boîte à clé si nécessaire. Et petit livret d’accueil avec toutes les instructions nécessaires. Merci beaucoup!
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette très jolie maison, décorée avec beaucoup de gout et confortable. Tout était conforme à la description et les indications très claires. A 10min en voiture du parking relai pour aller à Nantes en tram, c'était top. Et le petit plus: nous avons été accueillies et adoptées par une adorable petite Nala.
La maison est agréable. Seul point négatif, les réflexions de Solenne par rapport à l’état de la maison après notre séjour. Le ménage a été effectué comme demandé mais ceci ne lui convient pas.
Maison propre et accueillante, animaux à nourrir, matin et soir, un peu contraignant ,maison très agreable

The house is located between the towns of Saint Jean de Boiseau and Le Pellerin (about 1km away). A bus stop is 30 meters from the front door. It can take you to the tramway at the entrance of Nantes.
We are in the village of Télindière, where you can go for a walk along the Loire, on marked paths.
In Le Pellerin, you will find a bakery, a pharmacy, a florist, a tobacconist, a butcher's shop, restaurants... as well as a pleasant market under the covered market on Saturday morning. An Intermarché is also open on Sunday morning. You can take the ferry, by car or on foot, to reach Couëron and the North of the Department (free).
In Saint Jean de Boiseau, there is also a bakery, a bar-tobacco shop, a pharmacy, a carrefour city...
Possibility to park one to two cars on the lot in front of the house. It is also possible to park on the side of the street (large parking space).
The bus serves Le Pellerin, Saint Jean de Boiseau, La Montagne, Bouguenais to arrive at the entrance of Nantes in a bus and tramway station. It is free on weekends
