We really enjoyed our stay at Andela’s house. It provided the perfect stopover for a couple of days. The newly built house has 3 good sized bedrooms and offers everything you need for a very comfortable family stay including secure parking. Athens airport is only a short drive away, and the beach is within walking distance - you even have a view of the sea from the top floor terrace. Throughout Andela was very responsive and super friendly to answer any questions. Recommended! :)

Strand ist leicht zu Fuß erreichbar, ebenfalls Restaurants und Cafés. Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist nicht so toll. Außerdem fehlt dort eine Beschattung, so dass sie im Sommer bei Sonne tagsüber nutzbar wäre. Das Haus ist zum einen sehr schön (Wohnzimmer, Küche, Esszimmer, Schlafräume), weist aber einige Mängel auf. Es scheint teilweise noch (immer) nicht fertig zu sein (z.B. Abläufe in der Dusche sind nicht befestigt, Fliesen nicht ausgefugt, Lampen (über der Arbeitsplatte in der Küche) fehlen. Außerdem ist es an einigen Stellen sehr unschön verarbeitet (Malerarbeiten in der Küche, Spachtelarbeiten an Steckdosen etc.), an anderer Stelle aber wieder ganz toll (Malerarbeiten an der Decke im Wohnzimmer). Es scheint in der Mitte des Baus die Handwerker gewechselt zu haben. Durch die Nähe zum Flughafen fliegen natürlich Flugzeuge drüber, die aber nicht weiter stören. Unangenehm ist eher das Bellen der Nachbarhunde. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung aber hinsichtlich der Ausstattung und Lage schön

This place was really convenient for a transit stay for us. The place is really big and offers a lot of space and a dedicated parking space, which is great when you have a rental. One of the very few places with 3 big beds, we rested quite a bit and were close to the beach and outside of the crazy traffic of Athens. It is also very conveniently close to the airport, which made it so easy for us to get there without stressing about traffic and with plenty of time. In this trip I also stayed in central Athens and this place was less hot and plenty of more space. Would definitely stay again to explore the Athens area in the future.
