Easily 5 out of 5 stars!!! Giovanni's place does not disappoint. The home is set up exactly as the pictures appear online (super clean, spacious, and very comfortable). The fenced backyard is perfectly sized with a fire-pit, chairs, a pergola with curtains, and comfortable patio furniture. The kitchen is well equipped with cooking utensils, dishes, and if you're a coffee drinker, there's a Keurig machine with several different flavors of coffee available for you to choose from (and sweeteners). The neighborhood is quiet and provides quick access to eateries, parks, and it's only about 12 miles from Chicago. We loved the home but was equally impressed with our host, Evan. His communication was great and he responded to all messages within minutes. He was super professional, kind, and understanding.  Infact, due to our poor departure planning, he accommodated us by extending our checkout time.  This home is definitely highly recommended to anyone wanting to feel at home.

This home is perfect! It is inviting and welcoming. Makes you feel like you are walking into your own home from the minute you walk in the front door. It is incredibly safe, quiet and relaxing. Although it rained the entire time (and snowed!) the backyard felt like a place of refuge, relaxation and retreat. The bunnies come out at night (and there was a possum)…all that our pup had no idea what was happening…she is a city dog and only a year old. The places recommended were wonderful…taco azteca, ghost games, and oh my…Tony’s! What!!! This place is a gem…go every meal…does not disappoint. It is close to the city, but far enough away for down time! The local shops are great and the people are friendly and happy. Beware of the wind…it blows everything in the back yard. But super easy to re-do! The hosts…people…you cannot ask for more responsive, kind, understanding hosts. They have quite literally thought of everything to make you feel at home. Hope to visit again! Thank you!

Nestled in a quiet neighborhood in Brookfield, this house is a perfect spot for small families. The house is accurately represented on Airbnb; clean, and updated with all the amenities. Situated on two lots, the fenced yard provided a nice space for a small game of kickball with the kids, or a quiet fire in the fire pit. Small live bunnies were fun to watch in the area when they randomly appeared at the fence-lines or in the neighborhood. A welcomed change from the hustle and bustle and Giovani and Evan were wonderful hosts, checking on us every day.
