Had the best time with my family at Cassandra’s place!! We all felt at home and comfortable!! The place was clean. Spectacular view!! Would definitely recommend staying there!!

The overall place looks awesome, and I loved the layout. My issues were that once staying, I started to notice the small things that I would consider unacceptable at my own home, let alone something being marketed as a business. There was garbage still in the can at check in. It had a weird smell to it. There were doors that were not aligned properly and had to be pushed/pulled in order to lock or open the door. Even the front door has a sharpie note telling you how to lock it on the outside of the door instead of having it fixed. The air conditioner went out on our last night and when we returned it was in the upper 70’s. Between 77 and 78 degrees and very humid. The host never replied to my telling her. Even text me the door code to someone else’s rental I imagine but replied sorry wrong text so I know they saw my message. Still, no acknowledgment of my issue. I’m pretty sure out of dozens of Airbnb rentals, this is my first negative review. I won’t be renting again.

The location is beautiful and the condo was clean inside and had plenty cleaning supplies and toiletries. However, All the balconies were spider web infested and none were cleaned. We didn’t get to use them at all due to spider webs and debris. The exterior needs serious window cleaning & interior electrical update. The bedroom lights flashed, wires hanging out where fire alarm should be, electrical socket with no cover plate, bulbs out in master bath. Just didn’t seem ready to be rented. I wish they would have just said not available.

We had a wonderful time! Happy Hippi was a great touch he was super nice! Wonderful views. Not much to do in Counce tho. It’s definitely a perfect place for holidays! We will definitely be back!!!
