If you're considering a trip to Alaska - Do it & book this, you won't be sorry!! The home is immaculate, exactly like the pictures. Easy digital check in with clear instructions. Very clean & had all of the basics for cooking (Salt, pepper, olive oil, spices). The bathroom had more than enough towels. Nice washer & dryer. Beds are just as comfortable as our ones at home, i've never said that about any Air B&B... The window off the kitchen overlooking the eagles perch is fantastic! We saw two types of eagles March 2024 (Bald Eagle & Golden Eagle) along with a variety of other birds! The views are spectacular, absolutely breathtaking & they had binoculars. The owner lives close if you need anything & are very friendly (Even sent us details about a fireworks show we could view from the deck)! The tea/coffee bar is supreme. The fireplace is so easy to work & looks beautiful. Everything works perfectly in the home, we had no issues. This home will help make your vacation to AK PERFECT!

We had an incredible time during this trip! This Air Bnb was in the perfect location for us to explore the area because of its central location. We had breathtaking views every day from our balcony and an incredible time exploring Hatcher Pass, Talkeetna, & Denali. We had an easy drive down to Girdwood as well! Now, our hosts were more than terrific. They surprised us by shoveling snow and clearing the driveway without us even asking. I’ve stayed at many other Air Bnb’s and have a rental of my own, so it really stood out to me how much extra effort Tonja and her husband put forth to make our stay extra special. If I could give them 10 stars, I would! :)

Absolutely stunning place. Loved the surrounding views, the eagles, the house itself… everything was perfect! We got to do a heli ride, matanuska glacier hike and dogsledding all form this house. Perfect for a family of 4. Tonja also picked up a crib for us when she found out we were coming with a baby. Such a wonderful host! Would absolutely stay here again

Great stay! We saw the northern lights and bald eagles while we were there. The house was clean and beautiful. We would love to visit again.
