房子比我在图片上看到的要好很多很多，屋内屋外干净整洁，舒适温馨。小便条提醒非常棒👍。可以看出来Ms.Linda 是很用心，也很贴心的人。真是很难得让我们找到这样一个安静舒适的地方住下来，一起做饭，一起聊天，一起游玩。我和我的朋友都想多住些日子。希望以后还会再来这里。再次感谢Linda为我们提供一切便利。特别是她为我们准备小甜点、香蕉、鸡蛋等让我们倍感温暖。

Great location right between Ithaca and Cortland. The house is very comfortable, clean and organized. Beautiful view of yard and trees from the back patio. And the host was exceptionally pleasant and helpful in her communications.

Traveling with 2 small children is no easy feat but Linda made this trip incredibly enjoyable and easy. She was probably the best host I’ve ever experienced through air b n b thus far. The house was spotless, warm, and she made us feel like we were right at home. She provided snack essentials which came in so handy, she provided several very thoughtful touches- toys for my kids, a high chair, pack n play, noise machine, activities to keep them busy, and even kid friendly dish-ware. She left notes around the house so everything and anything we needed was perfectly communicated. Linda checked in on us a couple of times to make sure we were comfortable and went out of her way to find an answer to any question I had. Linda responded to messages almost immediately and was extremely flexible with check in and check out times. Linda is absolutely amazing and we will definitely be back soon!

The house is spacious, comfortable and well-appointed for short or long stays. Quiet country setting yet easy commute to all parts of Ithaca via route 13. Easy load-in and out, no steps or long pathways to negotiate with luggage and groceries. Comfortable beds and furniture, easy to use appliances (washer, dryer, dishwasher). Ample place settings of Corelleware, stainless flatware, tumblers for a large family gathering. Responsive local hosts were able to get a repairman to come fix the oven one day after it failed and delivered compact counter oven in the meantime. We stayed a month and it was definitely our home away from home. Getting to know Linda was an added benefit.

Clean, cozy and comfortable for our party of 5. Linda is very caring and always reaches out to check on us before and during our stay. Her communication with us is superb. Her notes are helpful. This house is easy to get to and close to where we want to visit. Will definitely recommend.
