还不错，虽然有两个房间，但是大厅比较小。夫妻带一个孩子应该会不错。

Host communicated well and guided me. This was a last minute booking and needed things to be addressed in the unit as soon as we checked-in. I preferred to not have to deal with it but he made sure it was addressed right away. Thanks!

Worth it place for me in BGC. I had to check-in here because my flight schedule was adjusted and I needed a few hours sleep before the flight. Fell asleep in one of the two beds. The other bed is in a smaller room and seemed quieter but the AC was too big for that room. The best part is the location: it's in a swanky part of BGC (and BGC is already pretty swanky) making it to order for Grab cars and food delivery.

So i booked one of R’s unit which was the cheapest in the same condo. I did not expect that it Will be a dirty room. It smells like a dirty man’s room. When i opened the door, a fly was actually flying around the old worn out sofa bed. Told him i cannot stay in that room. Immediately i went out. He was not sorry at all. He is impolite by Filipino standards. He cant understand Tagalog so it seems he is a foreigner. Like How can he earn in the Philippines??? He offered another room which i took and was okay. So be wary with booking with this host. Dont get the one with the red sofa in the living room. Ask him to send you pics first.
