Maranda was always nice and super quick to respond and made sure maintenance issues were taken care of as quickly as they could be. The area is pretty remote, neighbors were questionable and the ATVs driving around as well as cardboard thin walls made for some noisy nights, but temperature control was never a problem, which was good when temps plummeted.

We stayed for three weeks. It had the minimum for what a person needs to be comfortable. I really have no complaints other then the futon. A real couch would elevate this place. The neighbors were nice and it’s not to far from grocery stores. Over all worth the price.

this place would be okay for very short term stays. the floors were dirty, and needed to be swept and mopped before moving in. you can hear everything inside the apartment that’s going on around you; neighbors, cars. every weekend there is some kind of party that happens in a building near by and it there are people everywhere and you can hear them inside the apartment, as they hang out in the parking lot and at the entrance. Maranda was very responsive when contacted. it’s a place to sleep and shower and wash clothes and that’s about it. i wouldn’t recommend for a long term stay, at all. one of the neighbors smokes pot, and the smell is very strong inside of the apartment. it was all that was available at the start of my 13 week contract, so i took it. however, i wouldn’t stay here again or recommend this place to any friends.

The place is neat, but very close to a highway that has a lot of noisy traffic. I was here 3 months, so I got a great feel for the place. The area is basically run down, the apartment was in an old motel with thin walls. I was able to hear the neighbors next door constantly, which was not wonderful when they were fighting at 2 in the morning. I did inform Maranda the next day and after that they were quieter, however the last 2 days of my stay there was some sort of party with people running all over the parking lot until 4 am. I left a day early because of all this. The apartment itself was very neat, a bit sparse but it has a washer and dryer which is a big plus. The stove is iffy to use. Management did come and fix a few issues there and were prompt. the sofa in the living room was a futon and not very comfortable. I rated the place as good, because for a short term stay it was ok, however I wouldn't recommend a longer than a couple weeks. 3 months here was stretching it.
