Julia and Victor’s home was heaven. We felt like royalty staying there! The master bedroom is perfection. Every veranda was beautiful and comfortable. Everything was so clean and so easy and so beautiful. Excellent communication and Julia even called a taxi for us to get back to the airport! Stone island is such a special place and absolutely perfect for surfers! A must visit place! The only thing I would recommend is bringing ear plugs because regardless where you stay in stone island the chickens and turkeys are so loud in the morning. I would definitely stay here again!

Julia's place is ideally located near the beach and restaurants. There is a small store just a couple lots over. We would stay there again.

Beautiful place with lots of amenities. The kitchen is well stocked, there’s a comprehensive first aid kit in the bathroom, and extra linens and blankets. Really comfortable and easy place to stay. Great views and a block away from the beach and restaurants. Internet is very reliable and fast. The “kids” found the place just fine, but the parents came alone and they and the taxi driver didn’t know how to use maps on the phone. There’s no cell signal in the area of the house, so they spent 30 minutes driving around asking for help from the people in the neighborhood. So, I advise you open the place on maps and start navigating before you go, which will take you right there. Most people in the neighborhood don’t know it as Casa Belen, but many know it as the professor’s house, in case you need to ask for help.
