L’appartement est parfaitement propre et ensoleillé. Situé idéalement pour visiter Paris, le lieu est calme . Très bonne literie. Sarah est une hôtesse parfaite, disponible et d’excellents conseils.

We thoroughly enjoyed our almost 2 week stay. The apartment was bright and clean and it was great to have a kitchen and be able to cook. The apartment was close to multiple supermarkets, shops, and restaurants as well as to two train stations - the 6 and the RER B/4, which made it really easy to get to/from the airport and to different places around Paris. Sara was really great - she was highly responsive and provided a list of recommendations for places to eat and things to do.

We completely enjoyed our stay at Sara’s. The apartment had everything we needed - a comfortable bed, nice shower, sitting and dining areas, a reasonably equipped kitchen with both dish and clothes washers. Our favorite part was the small balcony where we could eat breakfast or have a drink at the end of the day. Sara was always responsive when we had a question, which we did about how to use the stove and the clothes washer. If you're used to older American appliances, you'll find the symbols and directions a bit cryptic, but between Sara and the internet we were able to figure it out! There were two slight downsides, which would be true in many Paris apartments. There was noise from nearby construction, which is going on everywhere as Paris prepares for the 2024 Olympic games. I wore ear plugs at night and was fine. The other issue was getting the room cool at night. We closed the blinds during the day and opened everything at night, but it was hard to get cool air to the bedroom.

Wonderful stay! Sara was very helpful and responsive. The apartment is beautiful and very clean, with all the amenities. It is a bit far from the center but very close to a metro. We really enjoyed staying there. Highly recommend!

What a wonderful experience. Sara was a terrific host - from her immediate replies to her proactive tips and suggestions for things to do and places to see, this made our visit to Paris so much nicer. The unit itself is fantastic - so clean, spacious, modern, well-lit with natural lighting plus a lovely terrace. The location is ideal too with the ability to walk pretty much anywhere in the Paris arrondissements and a metro station within 5 mins walk. Top notch rental and highly recommended!
