Not a great neighborhood,saw car on blocks with no wheels block away checked in to overflowing garbage can,garbage and boxes sitting outside.Not enough toilet paper,had to rob from downstairs for upstairs bathroom,The upstairs bathroom had a smell,I think cat urine.The master bedroom had animal hairs on the sheets.They definitely know how to use lighting on thier pictures,they were accurate but it seemed nicer on the photos.old food in cubbards,wanted to cook breakfast before our day,all the pans were old and stained.Told we needed to pay for parking,but really they had no parking,just on the busy street,that we did find a tight spot .At 11 oclock at night thier was 2 guys right outside our back door making a fire and sitting out there,he did offer for us to join them, but we were going to bed.The smoke from the fire permeated into the upstairs bedroom,so it had a slight smoke smell as we were going to sleep.450$ a night ,I expected better.

Kyle was great. one of the most responsive air bnb hosts I've had. house was clean. The area was a little rough but you get that in DC

Lovely spot to stay when in DC. Street parking was readily available. The house was extremely clean and the beds were comfy!
