Tülay was amazing to stay with, she was clean, friendly and generous. I got sucked right when I got there and she turned on the heater and gave me tea. She always offered whatever I would need in the situation without hesitation whether it was salt or butter for cooking or coffee on arrival and extra blanket was ready on arrival and another was given when asked. She was forthcoming and very accommodating. I felt right at home. Staying with tülay short term or long term is a pleasure.

Mrs. Tülay was extremely polite, friendly, and helpful. The cleanliness and order were excellent. Communication was easy, and she was always ready to fulfill our needs. Despite being close to the city center, the location was quiet and peaceful. I was extremely satisfied with my experience. It was definitely a place I would gladly stay at again. I recommend it to everyone!

Die Wohnung war leicht zu finden . Ist auch gut mit der Metro Bahn zu erreichen . Tülay war Mega freundlich und zuvorkommend . Würde am liebsten mein Urlaub verlängern wollen , da ich mich so wohl gefühlt habe .

I had a great experience renting a flat from Tülay. The flat was very clean and comfortable, and the area was excellent! It felt safe and there were plenty of food options available - you could even order delivery or visit one of the many nearby restaurants. Additionally, Maltepe Park, located near the sea, was a great spot to see boats and even the Prince Islands
