The location is good, very walkable to restaurants and shops, although finding it was a little challenging as it is located directly behind a gas station. The apartment itself did not look nearly as nice as the photos. It is cheaply furnished and poorly maintained with a doorknob falling off, the water does not get hot enough to take an enjoyable shower, and there were questionable or dirty towels left in the washer and in the bathroom upon check-in. They did not provide shampoo and I had to buy laundry detergent. We had to pay an extra $125 for 2 extra guests that slept one night on the pull-out couch which was not made or stocked with enough sheets and it was not comfortable. It also is worth saying, this place is not actually an airbnb. Before checking in you have to sign a bunch of documents on another website....they are just using airbnb to advertise the space. I found out later booking it directly would have been cheaper which I would have happily done if I had known

This Airbnb near the airport was superb! The apartment had excellent facilities, and the location was incredibly convenient. Highly recommended!

Lovely, quiet and clean apartment. Towels and toothbrushes were a nice touch and everything was as described in the listing. Great location, walking distance to town centre with loads of shops and restaurants. Will definitely stay here again.

Despite being very close to a busy road, the property is set back and the noise is very muted even when sitting on the balcony which overlooks greenery, you can hear birds and we spotted a squirrel! The property has everything you might need (including books if you've forgotten yours) and is of a high standard. Osita has worked hard to make this property look and feel comfortable. Parking is on the property grounds. Train station is within 10 minutes walk and town with shopping centre about 15 minutes walk. Swan Pub on the river does excellent food. Central London 40 minutes by train. We stayed in Staines as went to a gig at Twickenham which is 11-15 minutes by train. Osita responded very quickly to messages and he checked in with us to make sure all was ok as we arrived late evening. I would stay here again.
