Lived at Emily’s granny flat for a month, and my stay was amazing! Emily and her family was accomodating and gave one of “the best” pleasant stays I ever had. Place is moderately close to the train station, the shopping mall and many restaurants. If you’re in Perth, please go for it. Its a great place to stay!

Emily’s granny-flat is a convenient, peaceful and perfectly located place in Perth. I’m glad I booked this flat for my stay, as it met all my needs. Moreover, the host has been proactive in providing assistance (5 stars!) - which indeed made me feel home. 🙌🏽 Book this place if you’re looking for a peaceful and memorable stay in Perth.

Very comfortable accommodation, that had everything I needed for a weekend stay. The kitchenette was convenient for toast/coffee making, with a bar fridge available. I was out all weekend and ate out, so I had everything I needed in the mornings to start my day. I was welcomed upon arrival and was shown through the accommodation (and what was available), which was a nice personal touch. The bed was comfortable and everything was very clean and functional. The accommodation is compact, but if you're wanting somewhere to sleep with a nice hot shower, while you're out and about during the day, this place is perfect. I would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone wanting somewhere to stay in that area.

This flat is a great little spot, the hosts are friendly and extremely helpful. I would recommend this spot to anyone thinking about staying in Perth!
