Greg and Susan were great hosts, Susan is right in the building, greeted us, showed us the space and even helped us with parking! She was absolutely fantastic. We never needed her during our stay, but we felt like if we needed anything, she was just a text away. She was so friendly and made us feel right at home. The place itself was as expected. This is not a luxury stay, by any means (I judge this by the quality of the furnishings, linens, bedding, etc) BUT, it's a great location and did the trick for us while we were in Nice for a few days. It was clean, the building was secure & quiet, the view was amazing, and we could walk anywhere we wanted to go. There was a convenience store around the corner, a bakery for my husband's morning coffee & pastry, and Old Nice was a walk away.

Beautiful apartment with stunning views over the Mediterranean Sea! Greg and Susanna were both very responsive and helpful, thank you! Great location along the Promenade! Just a short walk away from an excellent selection of restaurants and a short tram ride away from the old town. Would 100% recommend staying here and I will definitely be returning in the future!

Phantastische Unterkunft, die keine Wünsche offen lässt. Der Blick aufs Meer, die Bucht und die berühmte Promenade des Anglais sind einzigartig. Altstadt, das ehrwürdige Négresco und Place Messéna sind zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Ein unvergesslicher Aufenthalt!
