Hey there! I have to give a huge shoutout to Luis, and his amazing assistant Mercedes. Spending a whole month there was almost like living at home, especially during Fallas when you could enjoy all the fun without the crazy noise. Luis, the owner, went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. And Mercedes, his right-hand, was like a personal concierge, making sure I had everything I needed and hooking me up with the best restaurants and local tips throughout the entire stay. Oh, and when I mentioned needing a computer monitor for work, Luis came through big time with having one on hand when I arrived. If you're ever in Valencia, you've gotta stay at Luis' unit.. Trust me, it's a game-changer! Ian

We loved our stay at Luis' place. It was extremely comfortable, spacious with lots of storage and well equipped. Having basic toiletries and kitchen foodstuffs was very helpful. Any minor queries were quickly sought out by Sarah, who was very responsive. Thoughtful extras included a yoga mat which was a real bonus for me and a shopping trolley - an essential accessory for the wonderful Ruzafa market. The list of recommendations and local tips was very helpful. The location couldn't be better with the wonderful Consum supermarket on our doorstep, a park and lots of buzzy cafes and bars all within easy striking distance. Luis was very responsive and friendly and we'd highly recommend his apartment and are hoping we can return before too long.

First of all the service and communication with Luis and team are excellent. We had a few issues and requests and all are fixed quickly and friendly response. The appartement is very nice and all basic stuff is available. The WiFi worked very well as well the smart-tv. The small extra room worked well for me to work online. It has a desk, but not an office-chair. The area is also very nice and enough trendy bars, coffee and breakfast options. The supermarket on 1 minute. I give it a 5 star, but we had issues with a crying dog by the neighbors, they left him alone. It made my online work and concentration a challenge. In the weekend it was ok. But this is out of control of Luis. And what I understood is that the family with the dog move out in Februari. For the rest it was peaceful in the night. And you keep fit with walking the stairs to the 4th floor. Check out was before 11h, but you can store for free your suitcases nearby. Conclusion, highly recommended.
