Anna's house was exactly what I needed for my long stay of 5 weeks. Anna was responsive to any questions/needs I had. Anna was very accommodating for my arrival very early in the morning (4am). The house was very nice. A good amount of space for 1-2 people. The kitchen had everything you would need to cook and the washer worked perfectly while I was there. There's a heater for when the room gets cold and the TV works in case you want to watch local Tele. The place is a 5 minutes walk from GUM market, which is amazing. It's 10 minutes from the metro by walking, but there's also plenty of busses that are nearby. it's a 15-20 minute walk to the train station. And it's only a 30 minutes walk to city centre if you want to walk the whole way.

The host is really hospitable, responsible, and attentive! The location is good, quiet but simultaneously really near to the city center. The flat has everything you need for a week or more time accommodation. It is a good choice for resting after a long walk, so I recommend it.

The place is just perfect - cosy, spacious enough, clean, quiet, with a reasonable price. There is a huge supermarket in the neighbouring building open 8 am - 2 am, and an amazing bakery in about 5 min walk. It is also not far from the city centre - within walking distance to the Republic Square. And you can see the mountains from the balcony! Definitely recommend, and definitely will visit myself when I will be in Yerevan next time! thank you Anna!

Location is pretty great, close to center. The place has a sunny view from the balcony. Shower is a bit clumsy but ok. Host is very responsive.
