I had a beautiful stay at Allen's space for five days and four nights. The studio was clean and quiet and while Allen was away on his own vacation, he was very responsive via text and he encouraged his dog and house sitter to allow me free reign of the pool, although it is considered a shared space. This graciousness was above and beyond and I got the rest and relaxation that I was searching for- thank you again Allen!

This place is wonderful! It’s close to everything..gas stations, grocery stores, casinos, beaches, malls, breweries, restaurants, bars. Would 1000% recommend this place to anyone. Thank you Allen for a wonderful stay. My little maltipoo, Aspen loved the fenced in yard!

If you’re looking for peaceful, clean, right at home feel, this is it. I am so grateful I found this location to rest my head and reset during my holiday visit to see my family in Fort Lauderdale. Highly recommend this location and certainly the hospitality by the warm and welcoming host. Quick communication, kind and genuine, perfect and quiet space. What more can you ask for? Our experience at this studio was nothing but wonderful. Not only is the studio private and spacious, the place is serene and at a very convenient and self-sufficient location. The host Allen is very thoughtful, kind and generous. He made our stay, including our fur-babies' ( 2 dogs) very comfortable. We will definitely be back here if we ever return to Fort Lauderdale to be in the company of Allen, and his sweetest, calmest and the gentlest dog Bam Bam. Highly recommend this place!
