Nandini is amazing! She is so easy to communicate with. Never left me hanging she is quick to respond. Nandini is very thoughtful and kind. I like how open she is to suggestions, always willing to improve her property . I felt at home and very comfortable. The side views from the balcony are very nice. The views span from Oceano to Pismo Beach & pier as well Pismo Heights. It’s panoramic. The building was very calm and quiet. It’s a perfect location to walk to the pier and to go shopping. I love that the condo is on the third floor so there is not anyone above the unit. The building is very solid almost sound proof. I never heard other tenants or guests. There is very good natural lighting … bright & cheerful. With high ceilings in the living room and bedrooms. The balcony fits 2 people to sit outside and have coffee or a glass of wine. I have extended my reservation a few times so I definitely loved staying at Nandini’s condo.

The good: Great location, quiet and well maintained building, comfy bed. The bad: The place was really dirty on check in. The cleaners were obviously cutting corners. I wasn't even certain that they had changed the sheets, so I spent the first night washing bed linens and towels. I requested a redo from Nandini, but even after a "Thorough" cleaning there was dust under the bed and the patio door remained disgustingly smudged. The ugly: They had some plumbing/leak issues that they knew about before my move-in. On three occasions the plumber had to come to the condo to fix the problem. That would have been OK since I work during the day, but they left a mess, footprints, used and misplaced towels, after themselves. Not only I did not feel I had any privacy any more in that condo, but Nandini ignored my repeated requests for taking cared of the mess the plumber left behind. Fortunately Airbnb understood my issues and let me out of my contract 4 months early

Friendly host and great location close to delicious restaurants (Giuseppes!) and the beach. And the beds were super comfy, though the master bed was very squeaky. The TV in the master bedroom was not plugged in, and there was no way to plug it in without an extension cord. Very weird. When I asked about this, the host was not able to fix the problem. No extension cord, apparently. The fireplace works for five minutes then turns off and does not turn on again for hours. Also very weird. The balcony's table, two chairs, and BBQ completely fill the space so much that we could not pull the chairs out and comfortably sit. The TV in the living room has cable only and no wireless screensharing. B.Y.O. cable to physically connect your laptop monitor to the TV screen and stream from a laptop. Floors were gritty, wet coffee grounds were in the coffee maker, plates and dishes did not appear to be microwaveable, and we found a dirty bowl. One decorative pillow smelled like b.o.
