Christian was an absolute gentleman and considerable host for the severe weather circumstances my family and I had to deal with because we got caught in a snow storm without power or hot water, but Christian was responsive and went out of his way to bring fire wood and some candles to help us get through the night. Unfortunately it was enough to heat up the shoes cabin and it was too cold to sleep at night because there is no heating upstairs without power and the hot water was not accessible to shower, cook, or clean due to the outages. But overall very beautiful home and wonderful hospitality.

It was a neat spot, easy walkable distance to stores. It was a clean place but very dusty. It was mostly stocked up with necessities but had to buy some things that weren’t there like hand soap, trash bags, and another roll of paper towels. Had major inconvenience getting into the place which resulted in climbing into the windows. The place only has 3 beds so keep that in mind if you’re going with 5/6 people. The fridge is small, with no ice maker. The house stairs are very narrow and squeaky. Cristian communicated well and was friendly.

Christian’s place was perfect for my quick getaway to the mountains. He’s very responsive and his communication is exemplary. Only 20 minutes to Arrowhead. The location was perfect for walking to the local pizza place and coffee shop. My gps was a little iffy but as long as you turn at the Napa Auto Parts and then veer to the right, you will be just fine. The cabin is very clean and comfortable. The amenities were great. I was not a big fan of the driveway as it’s at a pretty steep angle This is not a place for people who aren’t able to navigate a lot of stairs as there are stairs that lead to the cabin as well as a couple of weird steps inside. Nit picky? Yes, but just want to make sure you don’t choose the wrong place. As for me, I would stay again. Overall, it’s a great choice at a great price.
