Great place for families and groups travelling together. The apartment has a very spacious kitchen and living room, and there’s a great swimming pool and bbq facility in the residence. Definitely worth the price 😊

The rental was large and spacious, but it was cold and rundown. The description said a garden or pool view, we had a view of a street. The dryer couldn’t dry a cotton ball, the mattress was cheap, and the bed was only made up with sheets with a cheap, thin bed-spread from the 90’s in the closet. The wifi worked one time for 5 minutes and there were two lights out with another flickering -all things that should been checked when flipping a rental. Lastly, it was not really that close to the esplanade. We stayed in 10 Airbnb rentals while in AU and lived on a boat for 3 days. Sadly, this was by far our least favorite and way overpriced for what it is.

Hi John, Thanks so much for making our stay so easy. Everything was great with the unit for what we needed with our stay. Good to find Victor's deli around the corner and the burgers at the Captn Cook burger shop were great too! We'll definitely recommend. thanks Rose and Ulf
